During this photographic session I was asked by the client @eoghansleatherworks to take some shots for his social accounts to promote his products. Since his activity is handcrafted and inspired by nature, we opted for a wood setting, where the products would blend with the surrounding environment and, at the same time, stand out thanks to the complementary colors (the green against the red/orange of the hide and the leather).
Therefore, I took the pictures working on the color contrast. I also shot with a very wide aperture in order to further emphasize the depth and the difference between what is on focus and what is not, so as to help the eye of the beholder to enter the scene, feeling the air of the wood, the noise of the dry leaves under the feet, the scent of wet grass.
